There are plenty of people brewing beer and invoking "Tradition" in the process. But ya know, people have been brewing beer since about the time that eurotrash first hit our shores- participating in Tradition is a foregone conclusion and engaging in a case study is not a good enough reason to ask people to buy your beer. At Furthermore, we nod at Tradition while keeping our fingers crossed behind our backs. Our recipes and our business plan are reflective of the fact that when the path of Tradition goes right, we've got one foot over there on the left. Boy, are our legs long!
